KBR’s UK and Europe team brings together experienced project managers, technical specialists, consultants, commercial professionals and engineers — a diverse group whose creativity, resourcefulness and collaboration help deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients across the region.
Operating from a modern, sustainability-focused UK hub in Leatherhead, Surrey, and with offices across the region, KBR plays a key role in supporting regional sustainability and security ambitions. Throughout the region we are pursuing new technologies, systems or processes in line with net-zero ambitions, supporting governments to deliver critical energy security and infrastructure programmes, and playing a key role in nuclear energy through involvement with projects such as Sellafield, one of the world’s largest nuclear decommissioning sites.

KBR has been named to Great Place to Work UK’s Best Workplace for Wellbeing™ list. That commitment is backed by a global wellbeing approach that includes local Mental Health First Aiders, employees trained to recognize when a colleague may be struggling and how to help. Through employee resource groups such as All In and IMPACT, employees have opportunities to build professional networks, develop leadership skills, find mentors and engage with their communities. Our teams are also passionate about One Ocean, a global collaboration between KBR employees, local schools, youth and environmental networks and like-minded partner organizations that supports KBR’s sustainability commitments and reflects our Zero Harm ethos by educating and mentoring young people to build understanding of the ocean, its interconnection with the climate and planetary health and how to regenerate that health.

At KBR, we value our employees and their lives outside of work. We offer a variety of flexible work options that help our UK, Europe & North Africa team relax, recover, and take time for the things that matter most.
